Processing Your Order

Your order, once received, shall be processed and shipped as you prefer and select in the shipping category.

Delivery Partner

Your orders shall be shipped via our delivery partner. Details of the delivery partner and expected date of delivery shall be intimated to you by SMS/ e-mail after your order has been dispatched

Damage

If your product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, you may immediately inform the seller and a pick up shall be scheduled along with full refund or replacement.
We shall not entertain any damage claim 30 minutes after the delivery.

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel the order before shipping, your you are eligible for the full refund.

Delay

The standard delivery of your shipment depends upon the location of the customer and will be communicated with the customer immediately after receiving the order \. However, delivery might be delayed due to unforeseen incidents. The delivery partner shall make all reasonable attempts to ensure timely delivery of your order.
